This research proposes an accounting history perspective on “coopetition”—a competitive approachbased cooperation—in the cultural tourism sector. The analysis is based International MuseumsCampaigns proclaimed by UNESCO in 1956 and 1957 investigates contribution of EgyptianMuseum Turin, context local system, constructing event its relatedcommunication campaign. purpose to highlight, through documents, importance ofcoopetition stimulating visitors’ presence reaching higher shared socio-economic results.
